Ingredients
- 200g rich tea/Marie biscuits
- 3/4 cup nuts- almonds, walnuts, any nuts
- 96g butter
- 9 tbsp sugar
- 2tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup milk
Method
- Chop nuts, crush biscuits, add them together in a bowl.
- Heat butter, sugar, cocoa powder and milk in a pan, on low flame, until sugar is dissolved, and mixture starts to thicken.
- Add mixture to biscuits and nuts. Mix together. Let it cool slightly.
- Make logs/rolls and wrap in cling film or food bag. Freeze. Serve frozen.
