Cold Cake

Ingredients

  • 200g rich tea/Marie biscuits
  • 3/4 cup nuts- almonds, walnuts, any nuts
  • 96g butter
  • 9 tbsp sugar
  • 2tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup milk

Method

  1. Chop nuts, crush biscuits, add them together in a bowl.
  2. Heat butter, sugar, cocoa powder and milk in a pan, on low flame, until sugar is dissolved, and mixture starts to thicken.
  3. Add mixture to biscuits and nuts. Mix together. Let it cool slightly.
  4. Make logs/rolls and wrap in cling film or food bag. Freeze. Serve frozen.
