
Ingredients
- 500g Beef Mince
- 1 Medium Onion, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp Crushed Garlic
- 2 tins Plum Tomatoes
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Olive oil
Method
- Pour some olive oil in a pan and add the onions and garlic and saute.
- Add the beef mince, tomato tins (with tomato juice), salt and pepper. Fry until all the juice has dried up, or if you have time you could cover and leave to simmer for 45 mins to an hour. Stir occassionally.
Serve with spaghetti and lots and lots of cheese!!! Can be used in lasagne too. If you want to add any vegetables, like mushrooms or peas, add them in step 1.
