Serves 1 – 489 calories per pizza – 41g protein-48g carbs-13g fat
Ingredients
- 1 Large Lebanese Flatbread
- 2 tbsp Sauce, BBQ or Ketchup
- 40g Low Fat Cheese, grated
- 100g Lean Minced Beef, cooked and seasoned
- 1 Tomato, diced
- 1 Medium Onion, diced
- Gherkins, sliced
- Jalapenos, optional
- 15g American Mustard, for drizzling
- 15g Burger Sauce or Ketchup, for drizzling
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180c, then place the flatbread on a pizza tray, and bake for 5 minutes until slightly crispy.
- Remove from the oven, then spread the BBQ sauce or Ketchup on the base.
- Sprinkle half the cheese, then top with the beef mince, tomatoes, onion, gherkins, and jalapenos. Sprinkle over the remaining cheese.
- Bake in the oven for 12 minutes, until the cheese has melted.
- Drizzle with American mustard and burger sauce, and serve.
Very quick and easy to make. If meal prepping, you can cook the mince, and chop the toppings beforehand, and keep in the fridge for up to 5 days.
