Ingredients
- 500ml Oat Milk
- 100g Chia Seeds
- 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
- 3 Apples, peeled, cored and chopped
- 30g Raisins
- 1/2 tsp Ground Sweet Cinnamon
Method
- Put the oat milk, chia seeds, vanilla and maple syrup in a large bowl. Stir to combine then cover and refrigerate overnight or for at least 6-8 hours.
- Combine the apples, raisins and cinnamon with 3 tbsp of water in a medium pan. Over a medium heat, cover and simmer for 10 minutes until the apples are softened. Remove from the heat and leave to cool completely.
- Give the chia pudding a good stir and divide between four serving glasses. Top with the apple mixture to serve.
