Serves 4 510 Calories per portion -45g protein-50g carbs-14g fat
Ingredients
For the Chicken:
- 800g Chicken boneless, cubed
- 2 tsp Oregano
- 1.5 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1.5 tsp Onion Powder
- 1.5 tsp Black Pepper
- 3 tbsp Light Soy Sauce
- 45g Cornflour
- 2 tsp Olive oil
For the Crispy Fries:
- 800g Uncooked Potatoes, cut into fries (I prefer cubes)
- 0.5 tsp Salt
- 0.5 tsp Pepper
- 0.5 tsp Oregano
- 0.5 tsp Paprika
- 0.5 tsp Garlic Powder
- 2 tsp Olive oil
For the Dynamite Sauce:
- 60g Light Mayo
- 25g Chilli Garlic Sauce
- 20g Sriracha Sauce
- 30g Reduced sugar Sweet Chilli Sauce
- 1/4 Lemon Juice
Method
- Preheat oven to 200c.
- Add the spices and olive oil to the potatoes, and mix until all the pieces are covered evenly. Spread thinly on a baking tray, and bake for 30-35 minutes.
- For the chicken, add the chicken spices, soy sauce, and cornflour, and mix thoroughly. Drizzle 2 tsp of olive oil in a frying pan, and fry the chicken until crispy and cooked through.
- For the dynamite sauce, in a bowl add mayo, chilli garlic sauce, sriracha, sweet chilli sauce, and lemon juice, and mix.
- In a dish, mix the chicken and crispy potatoes, and add the dynamite sauce. Mix until all the pieces are covered in sauce. Garnish with spring onions and sesame seeds, and enjoy!
