Serves 4 – 346 calories per burger – 37g protein-33g carbs-8g fat
Ingredients
For the Fish:
- 340g Raw White Fish (I use Basa), patted dry and cut into 4 equal pieces
- Salt and Pepper, for seasoning fish fillets
- 1 Egg
- 40g Breadcrumbs
- 4 Toasted Buns
- 4 Slices Cheddar Cheese
For the Sauce:
- 20g Light Mayonnaise
- 55g Low Fat Greek Yoghurt
- 1 tbsp Dried Dill
- 10g Gherkins, finely chopped
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
Method
- Season the fish fillets with salt and pepper, then dip in the egg, and coat in breadcrumbs.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 220c for 15 minutes, turning halfway through.
- While the fish fillets are baking, make the sauce by adding all the sauce ingredients, and mixing thoroughly.
- Serve the Fish fillets in a bun with the sauce.
