Garlic Prawn and Spinach Pizza

Serves 1 – 494 calories per pizza – 40g protein-39g carbs-19g fat

Ingredients

  • 1 Lebanese Flatbread
  • 150g Cooked Prawns
  • 1 tbsp Garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp Parsley Flakes
  • 1/2 tsp Chilli Flakes
  • 1/2 tsp Oregano
  • 25g Garlic Puree, or any sauce for the base
  • Baby Spinach, a big handful
  • 35g Low Fat Cheese, grated
  • 15g Chilli sauce, optional

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180c, then place the flatbread on a pizza tray, and bake for 5 minutes until slightly crispy.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the prawns, garlic, herbs, and spices.
  3. Remove the flatbread from the oven, and spread garlic puree or whichever sauce you are using.
  4. Sprinkle half the cheese on the base, then top with the prawns and spinach. Sprinkle over the remaining cheese.
  5. Place in the oven for 12 minutes, or until the cheese has melted.
  6. Drizzle with chili sauce before serving.

Very quick and easy to make. If meal prepping, you can marinate the prawns, and keep in the fridge for up to 5 days.
