Ingredients
For the Chicken:
- 800g Chicken boneless, cut in thin strips
- 4 Garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp Paprika
- 1 tbsp Black Pepper
- 1 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 tbsp Sriracha
For the Noodles:
- 250g Uncooked Medium Egg Noodles
For the Sauce:
- 10g Cornflour
- 70ml Soy Sauce (mixed with water)
- 10g Sesame oil
- 10g Honey
- 10g Sriracha
- 20ml Water
Method
- In a large pan, boil the noodles according to the instructions on the packet.
- In a frying pan, fry the chicken for 2-3 minutes, then add the garlic, spices, sauces, and honey, and cook on a medium to low heat, making sure the marinade doesn’t burn.
- In a bowl, mix all the sauce ingredients together, then add to the chicken, and cook for 2 minutes. Add more water if the sauce is too thick.
- Add the chicken mixture to the noodles, garnish with a sprinkle of sesame seeds, and enjoy!
