Honey Garlic Chicken Noodles

Ingredients

For the Chicken:
  • 800g Chicken boneless, cut in thin strips
  • 4 Garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp Paprika
  • 1 tbsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tbsp Sriracha
For the Noodles:
  • 250g Uncooked Medium Egg Noodles
For the Sauce:
  • 10g Cornflour
  • 70ml Soy Sauce (mixed with water)
  • 10g Sesame oil
  • 10g Honey
  • 10g Sriracha
  • 20ml Water

Method

  1. In a large pan, boil the noodles according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. In a frying pan, fry the chicken for 2-3 minutes, then add the garlic, spices, sauces, and honey, and cook on a medium to low heat, making sure the marinade doesn’t burn.
  3. In a bowl, mix all the sauce ingredients together, then add to the chicken, and cook for 2 minutes. Add more water if the sauce is too thick.
  4. Add the chicken mixture to the noodles, garnish with a sprinkle of sesame seeds, and enjoy!

Great for meal prepping! This recipe makes 4 servings of 477 calories each. Can be stored in the fridge for up to 5 days.
