Spicy Double McChicken

Serves 2 – 437 Calories per burger – 51g protein-41g carbs-7g fat

Ingredients

For the Chicken Patty:
  • 500g Chicken Mince
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Chilli Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • 60g Breadcrumbs, for coating
  • 2 Toasted Buns, for serving
For the Spicy Sauce:
  • 60g Light Mayonnaise
  • 5g Sriracha Sauce
  • Smoked Paprika, a pinch

Method

  1. In a bowl, add the chicken patty spices to the chicken mince, and mix thoroughly. Form into 4 patties, place on a lined baking sheet, and put in the freezer for 15 mins.
  2. Meanwhile, make the spicy sauce by mixing the sauce ingredients together.
  3. Remove the patties from the the freezer, and coat in breadcrumbs. Bake in a preheated oven at 180c for 15 mins, until golden and crispy.
  4. Serve 2 patties in each bun, with the spicy sauce and lettuce.

Great for meal prepping. This recipe makes 2 servings. Each serving contains 437 Calories. Can be stored in the fridge for up to 5 days.
