Serves 2 – 437 Calories per burger – 51g protein-41g carbs-7g fat
Ingredients
For the Chicken Patty:
- 500g Chicken Mince
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 tsp Chilli Powder
- 1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper
- 60g Breadcrumbs, for coating
- 2 Toasted Buns, for serving
For the Spicy Sauce:
- 60g Light Mayonnaise
- 5g Sriracha Sauce
- Smoked Paprika, a pinch
Method
- In a bowl, add the chicken patty spices to the chicken mince, and mix thoroughly. Form into 4 patties, place on a lined baking sheet, and put in the freezer for 15 mins.
- Meanwhile, make the spicy sauce by mixing the sauce ingredients together.
- Remove the patties from the the freezer, and coat in breadcrumbs. Bake in a preheated oven at 180c for 15 mins, until golden and crispy.
- Serve 2 patties in each bun, with the spicy sauce and lettuce.
